Blue Hen Route is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) seeking enthusiastic, reliable team players to deliver Amazon packages. As a DSP, we are an independent business that partners with Amazon to provide outstanding last-mile delivery service.
Our Delivery Drivers work hard to ensure every Amazon order is delivered safely and on time to customers’ doors. We are currently hiring for part-time opportunities .
Shift Details:
Approximate hours: 9:45 AM – 7:45 PM
Shifts are 8–10 hours per day
Part-time shifts available Thursday–Sunday (weekends required)
Compensation & Benefits
$21.75/hour + bonus (if applicable)

No prior delivery experience required—training provided!

Delivery Driver – Basic Requirements
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license in the state of employment
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
Delivery Driver – Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate the delivery vehicle at all times
Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information
Drive and work in varying weather conditions
Load and unload packages for delivery
Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
