Job Description

1+ years of experience in delivery operations or restaurant/store operations.
Experience with multi-store chains is a plus.
Familiar with UberEats, DoorDash, or Grubhub backend tools.
Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
High execution ability, strong pressure management, excellent cross-time-zone communication.
Proactive, results-driven, and highly accountable. 1. Delivery Platform Setup & Operations
Manage store onboarding and menu setup on UberEats, DoorDash, and Grubhub.
Maintain accurate menus, pricing, images, operating hours, and store locations.
Coordinate with platform account managers to secure promotions, traffic placements, and platform incentives.

2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization - Track daily performance metrics: order volume, AOV, impressions, CTR, conversion rate, etc. Analyze traffic sources (organic vs. promotional).

Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns (discounts, coupons, loyalty activities).
Monitor customer reviews and feedback to drive service improvement.

3. Collaboration with Store Operations

Guide store teams on delivery workflows (prep, packaging, handoff).
Monitor order accuracy and food preparation efficiency, addressing issues proactively.
Support the creation and execution of delivery SOPs.

4. Promotions & Marketing Execution

Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with delivery platforms (BOGO, limited-time offers, holiday campaigns).
Track advertising ROI and visibility effectiveness.
Conduct competitor activity and pricing analysis to provide insights.

5. Data & Systems Coordination

Support integration of delivery data into internal systems.
Maintain store delivery account information and settings.
Prepare regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) with actionable recommendations.
