Job Description

Are you a creative and strategic storyteller with a passion for building brands? We're looking for a visionary Marketing Director to join our corporate team and lead our marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives for our diverse portfolio of brands, ranging from fine dining to vibrant nightlife venues. You'll be a hands-on leader and an expert executor, driving a cohesive marketing strategy across all channels to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and media reach.

A background in marketing within the hospitality or consumer brand sector is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing & Leadership:

    • Develop and lead experience-led brand strategies that focus on value rather than discounts.

    • Collaborate with local marketing and operations teams on targeted, localized programs.

    • Align marketing campaigns with sales goals and activities.

    • Oversee the marketing budget and manage external marketing vendors and agencies.

  • Creative Content & Brand Storytelling:

    • Direct the creation and maintenance of all visual marketing assets.

    • Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots to generate original content.

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and editorial calendar.

    • Engage with online communities and report on customer feedback.

  • Digital Marketing & Analytics:

    • Design and execute a full-funnel email marketing strategy.

    • Manage database segmentation and remarketing strategies to grow our customer base.

    • Utilize A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaigns.

    • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns using key metrics and ROI analysis.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with 6-10 years of proven success in marketing, ideally within the hospitality or consumer brand sector.

  • Leadership: You are a bold, executive leader with a vision for exploring new approaches based on a combination of data, experience, and intuition. You have proven experience developing, inspiring, and activating teams to deliver exceptional messaging.

  • Communication & Collaboration: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can effectively engage with diverse audiences. You are a reliable and self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects while building strong, collaborative relationships.

  • Creative Acumen: You have a deep understanding of creative concepts and storytelling, with a track record of translating a brand's vision into compelling customer communications. Experience leading multi-market media and advertising plans for a major consumer brand is also required.
