Overview

We are seeking a skilled EDM Machinist (Agie) to join our dynamic team in Plymouth, MN. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment to produce high-precision components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate EDM machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on EDM equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as an EDM Machinist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and principles.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a machining environment.
