Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a motivated and energetic Event Assistant to join our growing event marketing team . As an Event Assistant , you’ll play a key role in planning and executing high-profile events while gaining valuable experience in event management, client relations, and marketing coordination . Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Maintain open and professional communication with clients to understand goals, expectations, and project timelines.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and ensure their vision is brought to life through seamless event execution.
  • Support event logistics , including setup, breakdown, staff coordination, and vendor communication.
  • Organize materials, equipment, and resources to ensure efficient event operations .
  • Offer hands-on support during events by managing registration, guest interactions, and activity coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events run smoothly and deliver measurable results.
  • Gather client and attendee feedback to help improve future campaigns and strategies.
  • Compile post-event reports to evaluate success and identify growth opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required – full training is provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly , solve problems on the spot, and stay calm under pressure.
  • A positive attitude , team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn are essential.
