**Job Title: Helicopter Mechanic** **Job Overview & Description** + Aerotek Aviation hiring Helicopter Mechanics for various government programs and foreign military sale programs with one of the largest Aviation & Government Services companies in the Southeast United States. These are long term, contract to hire roles which offer a fantastic work environment with a stable company. + Our mechanics will be performing phase maintenance, resets, and modifications to variety of Military Helicopters such as UH-60, AH-64 and CH-47 models. **Responsibilities** + Perform modifications, resets, and phase maintenance on UH-60, SH-60, AH-64 and CH-47 aircraft. + Conduct airframe and powerplant maintenance. + Perform PM1, PM2, and inspection duties. + Execute phase maintenance and RESET procedures. **Position Requirements** + 3 - 5+ years of aircraft maintenance with UH-60, AH-64, CH-47 or similar military helicopters + Ability to perform phase maintenance or RESET operations. + Aircraft Modification experience is preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** Join a team committed to excellence in aircraft maintenance. Our facilities are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable work setting. **Work Environment** Work in an air-conditioned facility with a flexible schedule. 1st shift runs from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Overtime is available as needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, Alabama. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
