What You’ll Get:

• Location-Based Pay: Start at $15-$20/hr with no experience and grow to $34/hr base pay + performance incentives as you gain skills and years in the industry. Base pay based on location and experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit local customers’ homes to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances like refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and more.
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues using your brain and your tools.
• Provide a top-tier customer experience you’re the expert they’re counting on.
• Get Paid to Help People Protect What Matters - You'll learn how to spot and recommend simple ways to keep appliances running longer like filters and maintenance packages. It's not salesy just smart service that pays extra.
• Keep your tools and vehicle organized use a company vehicle or bring your own, whichever works better for you.
• Grow your skillset and become more valuable with each new type of appliance or service you learn.
• Support your team and your customers with professionalism and pride.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A hands-on worker who enjoys diagnosing problems and fixing things.
• Self-driven, responsible, and eager to grow in a skilled trade.
• Strong mechanical aptitude especially if you’ve worked with tools or in maintenance/repair before.
• Flexible with working hours and open to learning new types of repairs to expand your workload.
• Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs safely and perform daily physical tasks.
• Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile app for part orders and job updates.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification (Type I or Universal) is a plus we’ll help you get certified if needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license.
