As our Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the trusted expert helping homeowners achieve optimal comfort. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC issues with precision and expertise
Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring every home is a comfort zone
Communicate clearly with customers, providing insights on system functions and maintenance tips

High school diploma or equivalent; certification from an accredited HVAC program
Valid HVAC technician license (per state requirements)
2-5 years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair
Strong skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems
Ability to lift equipment and work in various physical positions
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Authorized to work in the U.S.
