We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic Technician to join a team at a Brooksville manufacturing facility. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including installation, service, preventative maintenance, and repair of complex machinery, plant equipment, and facility systems.
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of machine tools, plant equipment, and building systems
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding-related issues
Conduct inspections and diagnose equipment malfunctions
Analyze failures and implement corrective actions
Operate hand tools and diagnostic devices (voltage, ampere meters, etc.)
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Collaborate effectively within a team setting
Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
Working knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in equipment repair
Ability to work under moderate supervision and complete tasks to standard
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must have a clean background
