Job Description

Salary: $70,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• I require candidates to possess a Bachelor's degree with coursework in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and/or experience totaling four (4) years. Additionally, I will conduct a criminal background check on applicants who receive a conditional job offer before confirming employment. I appreciate training in basic hardware and software support through education or practical experience.

• In this role, I will provide essential assistance and technical support to departments, faculty, staff, and students with hardware and software maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to, support for desktops, printers, and lab equipment. I will also carry out necessary technical duties that enable the operations of my department or unit.
