Job Description
				 OFFICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT IV Location St. Louis, MO : Hiring Department Advanced Credit  
-  Serve as the first point of contact for the department 
-  Manage phone inquiries related to grades, payments, registration, and general program questions 
-  Monitor and respond to department email accounts 
-  Oversee the registration site and send applications to the Registrar for enrollment 
-  Manage adds/drops in MyView for Dual Enrollment, Advanced Credit, Launch, and Advanced Credit Online students 
-  Maintain department websites (umsl.edu/acp, umsl.edu/dep, umsl.edu/launch)
-  Manage and update department databases (Excel)
-  Process paper applications 
-  Distribute mass communications using mail merge and other communication tools/software Shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Anticipated Hiring Range  Salary Range:  $14.80 - $17.50 hourly  Grade:  GGS-006  University Title:  Office Support Assistant IV Internal applicants can determine their University title by accessing the Talent Profile tile in myHR.
