We're now looking for a skilled and customer-focused Print Service Technician to join the team of a reputable Business Technology Company, and ensure our clients’ printing environments run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities for the entry level Print Service Technician are:
** Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software at commercial
client businesses throughout the Southeast Texas area.
** Provide routine service and maintenance on printer equipment.
** Troubleshoot and repair print equipment and provide excellent customer service and support.
** Manage schedules and customer emergencies.
** Good verbal communication and analytical thinking skills along with problem solving skills are essential.
** Previous experience is a plus.
Requirements:
* Employees must have reliable transportation.
* Be a Texas or Louisiana resident
* Submit 3 Professional References upon completion of phone interview
* Complete Criteria Corp Assessments immediately following phone interview
* Submit a "Clear" drug screen and background check
* Submit a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
(48 cents per mile to be reimbursed for travel and $50 a month cell phone allowance. 401K after 1 yr and health insurance contribution)
