We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in managing our public image, developing communication strategies, and fostering relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strategic approach to external communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute public relations strategies aligned with company objectives

  • Draft press releases, media kits, talking points, and other communication materials

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media representatives, and community leaders

  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR reports and performance insights

  • Assist in organizing public events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, operations) to ensure consistent messaging

  • Act as a spokesperson when needed and support crisis communication efforts

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with media monitoring and press distribution tools is a plus

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
