The Role:

We’re looking for passionate and driven leaders to oversee daily store operations, maximize sales, and uphold Goody Goody’s values, standards, and company culture. As a Retail Manager , you’ll play a vital role in motivating your team, optimizing store performance, and creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Excellence – Provide outstanding customer service by fostering a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.

• Drive Sales & Performance – Analyze business trends, implement sales strategies, and exceed goals.

• Manage Inventory & Expenses – Maintain optimal stock levels, control costs, and prevent shrinkage.

• Develop & Inspire Your Team – Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.

• Ensure Operational Excellence – Oversee store standards, facilities maintenance, and policy compliance.

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or hospitality setting.

• A customer-first mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays— but we’re closed Sundays!)

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Must pass Goody Goody’s Wine/Spirit Tests ( we’ll train you!).
