Job Title : RPA & Power BI Developer

Job Type : W2

Experience : 5 7 Years

Location : Dallas, Texas

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design end-to-end solutions that integrate process automation and business intelligence reporting .
• Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.) to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into automated processes and overall business performance.
• Connect, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources (databases, ERP systems, Excel, APIs, RPA outputs) into scalable and reliable BI solutions .
• Define and track KPIs/metrics for both automated processes and business functions through interactive visualizations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automation bots and BI dashboards , ensuring accuracy, reliability, and business continuity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document process flows, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards across automation and reporting solutions.
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance dashboards, and improve automation performance .
• Provide training, documentation, and support to business teams for the adoption and usage of RPA solutions and BI reports.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
