**Position Overview: Service Department Manager**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as a Service Department Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead our Service Department, ensuring its profitable, safe, and efficient operation. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, continuous employee training and development, and upholding a high standard of professionalism within the service department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*Branch Related Responsibilities:*

- Direct day-to-day service operations for the best customer service experience.
- Plan work schedules based on customer and facility demand.
- Communicate growth opportunities through improved services or product lines.
- Recruit, train, develop, and motivate department employees.
- Ensure branch productivity, efficiencies, and growth.
- Enforce policies and procedures while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Foster cooperation between sales, service, and parts departments.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal laws and engage with local communities.

*Service Department Responsibilities:*

- Oversee the overall service operation, ensuring profitability and financial performance.
- Manage logistics, fleet dispatching, and assets within the Service Department.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs and meet their standards.
- Ensure all department associates are trained within company/OEM standards.
- Uphold excellent customer communications and repair order flow.
- Provide leadership and supervision for direct reports within the department.
- Drive quality repairs, accurate invoicing, and uphold departmental standards.
