Job Description

Are you inspired by the potential to help world-renowned technology companies deliver new products and services?

Do you have a background in engineering, science or technical SaaS product sales?

We’re pioneering a data-driven, artificial intelligence-enabled approach that enables the creation of valuable physical science inventions much faster and more disruptively than ever before. Our inventions are already helping to define the next generation of products and services at companies across the USA, Europe and Asia, such as Sony, Philips, DuPont and Panasonic. All of the world’s top 10 technology companies — including Google, Microsoft and Apple — reference our inventions in their publications.

What you’ll be doing

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll work closely with our invention and engineering teams to become an expert in using the Invention Studio software and its application within diverse client environments. You will:

  • Support Client Projects: Actively participate in real-world invention projects, helping clients achieve value from day one.
  • Deliver Demos and Training: Showcase the power of Invention Studio to new users and stakeholders through engaging, insightful demos and training sessions.
  • Manage Deployments: Guide clients through onboarding and deployment, ensuring a smooth, successful rollout of the platform within their organization.
  • Drive Adoption: Help define best practices for software usage across a range of customer profiles and industries.
  • Shape the Future: Take a leading role in shaping our rollout strategy and building a world-class deployment success function.

What we value in a candidate

We’re seeking someone who is both technically sharp and a natural communicator. You might be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in a technical client-facing role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical consulting, or application support)
  • A strong ability to quickly understand and master complex software tools
  • Comfort with running demos, workshops, and training sessions for varied audiences
  • A proactive, self-directed attitude with a passion for delivering great customer experiences
  • The desire to help build and eventually lead a new function within a fast-growing company

What we offer

We offer competitive packages, performance bonuses and a fast-paced role which will challenge you to achieve SaaS deployment results at the highest levels of business. As we have offices in the UK (London and Cambridge) and in Switzerland (Lausanne) we offer an opportunity to experience.

  • Skiing and hiking in the beauty of the Swiss Alps within 45 minutes of our Lausanne office
  • Buzz and energy in one of the world’s most vibrant capitals at our central London office
  • Being at the core of the high-tech scene in our Cambridge office

Some of the other great benefits include

  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Convenient central and modern office spaces with perks and amenities.
  • Conference participation is actively encouraged, together with continuous learning
  • And of course an opportunity to join our friendly and fun loving team!

Iprova culture

Iprova is a mix of people and backgrounds, from very bright machine learning engineers and invention developers to pragmatic managers. Across this group there is a common thread – a desire to develop software products that enable the creation of standout inventions that define the next gen product we will all use. If you are looking for a company where you can explore, learn, grow and experiment in an environment that values you for what you bring, then come and have a chat with us.

Our management and staff excel at what they do and are the heart of what Iprova does. As a company, we are big enough to make a real difference to our customers, but still small enough to know each other well, have fun, be flexible and appreciate what each individual brings to the company.  We especially like to have fun.
