We're Hiring – Senior Workday Financials Integration & Security Consultant
Location: Remote (U.S.) | Full-time / Contract
Are you an expert in Workday Financials integrations and tenant security ?
We're looking for a hands-on leader to design, build, and support secure, scalable solutions that keep financial processes running smoothly and compliantly.
What You'll Do:
Lead discovery workshops, define integration patterns & security models
Develop inbound/outbound integrations (Studio, EIB, Core/Cloud Connectors, RaaS, SOAP/REST)
Architect and govern Domain & Business Process Security Policies, Security Groups, ISUs
Implement SoD controls and SOX/PII/PCI compliance measures
Align integrations with FDM, ensure data quality & reconciliation
Mentor teams, create runbooks, and lead code/security reviews
What We're Looking For:
✅ 7–10+ years enterprise integration experience (5+ in Workday Financials)
✅ Proven delivery in Workday Studio, EIB, Core/Cloud Connectors, RaaS
✅ Deep Workday Security expertise for Finance (DSP/BPS, SoD design)
✅ Strong XML/XSLT/JSON skills, secure transport protocols (SFTP/
✅ Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
Nice to Have:
⭐ Workday Integration, Financials, or Security certifications
⭐ Experience with Prism Analytics, Adaptive Planning, or Extend
⭐ Regulated industry background (SOX, healthcare, banking)
