Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this critical role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both mechanical and electrical plant production equipment to maximize uptime, ensure safety, and support efficient operations. If you have a strong background in industrial maintenance and enjoy solving problems on the fly, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production machinery and facility systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Install, modify, and service electrical wiring, conduit, and industrial control systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Support fabrication, welding, plumbing, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA , fire, and electrical safety codes as well as company safety standards.
• Collaborate with production teams, supervisors, and vendors to keep operations on track.
• Accurately document maintenance activities and complete required safety training.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR a combination of technical school training and work experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems , including AC/DC motor control, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to read schematics and perform precise troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with networked systems and industrial computer hardware/software.
• Commitment to working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
